Terms & Conditions
These terms govern transportation services provided by Goshen Transvest (Pty) Ltd. By submitting a booking request you accept these terms.
1. Bookings and approval
All bookings are requests until reviewed and approved by our operations team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written approval and, where applicable, payment has been completed.
2. Pricing and payment
Quotes are based on the published distance, hourly and daily rates and the details you supply. Additional distance, waiting time or hours beyond those quoted may be charged at the applicable rate. Payment is made via the secure link issued after approval.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part.
4. Conduct and liability
Passengers must wear seatbelts and may not smoke in the vehicle. Damage or excessive soiling may be charged. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather or flight disruption.
